How Often Should I Brush My Teeth?

According to the American Dental Association, you should brush your teeth twice a day at least: Morning and night. You also can brush after breakfast, lunch and dinner. Brushing your teeth helps to remove plaque which causes tooth decay and can lead to gum disease. Even after eating special food with odor.

Always use a soft bristle toothbrush with a toothpaste. Make sure that the toothbrush fits inside of your mouth so that you can easily reach all areas, but we found normal toothbrush can’t reach the back of the rearmost teeth When brushing, you can see the picture to confirm, 3 sided toothbrush will be ok. use gentle back and forth strokes, brushing all sides of the teeth.

For kids,is an electric toothbrush better than a manual toothbrush?

There are many electric, battery operated toothbrushes on all markets geared toward children. These toothbrushes boast tooth brushing fun for your kids so that kids all love them.

This is because many
children enjoy the fun sound and feeling of using a battery operated toothbrush. They may indeed actually be more likely to brush their teeth because of the "fun" created when using an electronic toothbrush.

Additionally, many electronic toothbrushes come in fun colors and are affixed with cool characters like Dora the Explorer and Spiderman.

As all parents know, superficial factors just as these play a role in getting younger children to do just about anything.
